For content developed on behalf of clients or involving regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or policy-related topics, PAS will work with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure corrections are implemented in a manner consistent with applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
PAS reviews reported errors and correction trends to identify opportunities for improving internal quality assurance, editorial review, fact-checking, and content development processes. Lessons learned are incorporated into future work to reduce the likelihood of recurring issues and strengthen the accuracy of published materials.
This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed to ensure alignment with PAS’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
